  • Standard delivery within SA is R99

  • All orders are shipped out ( weekdays) within 48hrs of order confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time: Regional 2-3 working days. Outlying areas 3-5 working days



Please email candice@taylalily.com for all return or exchange queries within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Please specify your reason for an exchange or return.
  • Include your bank details should you want a refund
  • Send the item back to us using the original packaging.
  • Garments must be in their original, unused and unworn condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • No exchange or refund will be granted if the garment has been worn or altered in anyway.
  • Please Note: As we are a smaller, independent business we currently don’t offer free returns.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
PRE ORDERS can be returned if they do not fit or are damaged but NO pre orders can be CANCELLED OR REFUNDED before delivery or once the order has gone through as these items are made to order specifically for the customer.

Sale Items are Final & Cannot be Returned or Exchanged. Sample or sales items are non returnable.

Tayla Lily is not responsible for damages resulting in wear& tear or incorrect washing of a garment. (Please see the Wash Care guidelines)
